Going through what I am doing with my 3rd grader next year. We are somewhere between Charlotte Mason, Classical, and eclectic styles of homeschooling. And every Tuesday she participates in classes with a local group. This year we are trying a new ELA program. She's only just begun to be comfortable reading, and most of the ELA curriculums I've tried haven't worked well for her AuDHD brain. Previously we tried The Good and The Beautiful, which helped keep her interest, but it was too religious for our family. Then we tried First Language Lessons, but it wasn't well rounded for our needs and was pretty boring. I needed something more open and go with a new baby.
